Property Rules:

To ensure a peaceful and harmonious stay, we have some important rules.

1-No pets allowed.

2-Events and parties are not permitted.

3-Smoking, vaping or using electronic cigarettes is not permitted.

4-Quiet hours start at 10:00 pm and end at 7:00 am.

5-Photographs and commercial images are permitted.

6-The maximum number of guests per property is 4 people.

7-Check-in time is at 3:00 pm.

8-Check-out time is before 11:00 am.

9-We ask that guests maintain the physical space, equipment and other facilities, maintaining a good atmosphere and respecting the times mentioned.

10-In another email, I will send detailed information about each property we have, including photos, videos and descriptions.

11-We greatly appreciate your collaboration and look forward to your feedback on the logo.
